The pattern is informed by rows of wine bottle tops and is beginning to develop – I have used blues and turquoise in the next samples – I prefer the cooler colours

This is finally taking shape – more depth and movement. Would translate into Jacquard weave. I have used the digital loom at Falmouth University Business Centre in the past and haven’t been down for ages and this will give an excuse to go again – if I had the chance I would stay and study an Ma in Textile Surface Design!….one day
